When you use FED-LOGIN, it processes your personal data. This procedure is governed by the following Federal ordinance:Federal Law on Information Security at the Confederation

Ordinance on the Processing of Personal Data and Data of Legal Entities Arising from the Use of the Federal Electronic Infrastructure
(OPAFI, SR 172.010.442)Regulates the handling of personal data also with regard to standard services (including the eIAM service).
Your personal data is forwarded by FED-LOGIN to the connected Swiss public service applications (Confederation, cantons, communes) during the login procedure. In the cantons, the handling of this personal data is regulated by cantonal legislation.
